Somewhere in Southern Kaduna, there is a girl with everything it takes, the intelligence, the hunger, the drive and no one has ever shown her what she could do with it. That girl is who we exist for. We bring the digital economy to communities marked by conflict and neglect, and we introduce girls and youth to a world that was always available to them - just never accesed.
From tech awareness to computer foundations to in demand low barrier to entry digital skills, we walk with each girl until she is earning. Our tracks include digital marketing, social media management, graphics design, and artificial intelligence and many others
Not every girl's path runs through a screen and we designed for that too. Our vocational programmes give girls hands on, income generating skills that translate directly into self employment and creative enterprise. Current offerings include fashion design, videography and photography.
A skill without a support system only goes so far. We surround every girl we train with the right role models. We build the mentorship and peer networks that turn a trained girl into a confident, connected, earning woman.
Our mission is to equip girls and youth with digital and vocational skills that transform not just their income but who they believe they are. We walk with them through every stage: from their first encounter with a laptop, to earning their first income, to becoming the role model that reaches back for the next one. We are committed to one thing above all: a girl who can earn is a girl who can choose, and a girl who can choose is a girl who is free.
